Eligibility:We invite applications from researchers with:-A PhD completed (or a defense date fixed) in labour law or a social science discipline with affinity to labour law;-Skills and experience in international legal analysis and an interest in cooperation with other disciplines;-A good publication record;-Ability in written and verbal communication with academic audiences and proficiency in English are compulsory, knowledge of other languages is appreciated;-Initiative, creativity and own ideas for developing the research.

Scholarship Description: With the on-going internationalization of the economy and the ever-growing importance of multinationals, more and more transnational labour norms are set through different types of transnational labour agreements. Such agreements include collective agreements, framework agreements, codes of conduct, and other joint texts produced by management, workers? representatives and possible third parties like NGOs.
